A community of professionals who spend a life-changing year together working, volunteering in our communities and growing both personally and professionally. A prestigious program available exclusively to Avitus Group employees with a limited number of ambassadors selected each year.

Only the highest performing ambassadors will be rolled into the alumni group each year. This group serves as a community of professionals who mentor new ambassadors each year, while remaining engaged in our communities and with our company.

Each year, one exemplary ambassador who has gone above and beyond is selected as the MVP – Most Valuable Person – and inducted into the MVP Ambassadors Club.

Our ambassadors are encouraged to choose up to 2 key projects in each area that they are passionate about and will focus on during their ambassador year.

Our ambassadors will have the chance to share their life-changing experience and their chosen projects via Instagram social media takeovers throughout the ambassador year. The voluntary takeovers are an opportunity for our ambassadors to highlight #Work #Volunteer #Grow #Live #Work #Play
